Directions to the Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft in Berlin:

From Tegel Airport: take the Shuttle-Bus TXL to Hauptbahnhof, from there take the bus 147 and get off at Neumannsgasse.

From Schönefeld Airport: go to the train station “Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld” (500 metres from the airport) to get to Berlin-Mitte. The airport express takes you to Alexanderplatz twice an hour. Alternatively, you can take the train S9 (towards Pankow) till “Ostkreuz”. There you change on the train S7 (towards Potsdam), on train S5 (towards Spandau) or on train S75 (towards Westkreuz) till Alexanderplatz.

Travelling with Deutsche Bahn: we’d advise you to get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main station), from there change on the train S75 (towards Wartenberg), S7 (towards Ahrensfelde) or change on S5 (towards Mahlsdorf) till Alexanderplatz.

When you arrive at Alexanderplatz, take the bus M48 (towards Busseallee via Potsdamer Platz) and get off at Fischerinsel station. Alternatively, you can take the underground U2 (towards Ruhleben or Theodor-Heuss-Platz) till Märkisches Museum. From there you can walk from Fischerinsel to Breite Straße, or you can take the bus 248 (towards U Breitenbachplatz) and get off at Fischerinsel. In case you are arriving at Ostbahnhof take the bus 147 (towards Hauptbahnhof) and get off at Fischerinsel.
